How do I become a member?
If you’d like to register on our website and become a customer, here’s how you do it. Since FUN is a wholesale only business, we require a copy of your resale license or certificate (where applicable). Once received, we can grant you access to view prices and place orders on our site.

What is the minimum order?
For all accounts, there is a $250.00 minimum opening order, and a $100.00 minimum order after that. That’s it!

Can I add items to my order once it's been placed?
No - once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed. The shopping cart system will automatically lock your order, so changes cannot be made.

Can I save my shopping cart and come back to it later?
Yes!
There's an option to "Save Your Order" on the Shopping Cart page. You can view your shopping cart by clicking here.
You can view your saved carts by clicking "Saved Orders" on the left sidebar under "My Account."

How do you ship?
Fun Incorporated ships via UPS. Freight charges will be calculated at time of order. We try to ship all orders on the day they are received. If you order is being held up for any reason, we will contact you to let you know.

What about International shipping?
All international orders will be shipped UPS International unless other arrangements have been made. Estimated shipping costs are calculated when the order is placed. Due to the nature of international shipping, sometimes shipping cost may be adjusted. We will contact you to let you know if there is any additional shipping charges.
NOTE: International orders: We ship all international packages using accurate product descriptions, values, and HS codes and cannot alter or understate invoices for customs purposes. If you require alternative shipping arrangements, you may choose to use a U.S.-based freight forwarder or similar service.

How can I save on shipping?
Fun Incorporated offers free UPS Ground shipping to orders within the United States that are $1,000 or more. Use code FREENASHIP when checking out. This only applies to regular, wholesale merchandise - not on customized product.
